Far Cry 5 currently allows only Two-Player system support. This means you are allowed to add only one extra player as your teammate for this game and to complete your story missions. Because only one player can play with you at a time, you must be very selective when choosing your friend to play with. You will have to pick one of your top players.
As many may already know, Ubisoft's latest patch removed the Vector and numerous outfits from the game for some unknown reason..I have attached the Version 1.2 patch.dat and patch.fat which you can copy paste into your default Far Cry 5 installation location & restore the outfits and the Vector to your game.

Somebody else (maybe googling) said if you die a lot, your timer gets better. So I set it to easy and died a lot (10+ times). The time seemed to increase from a 15 second cap to a 30 second one, though I didn't google and don't know exactly how it all works. And I made it through.
